Eastgate Quarters has already had the approval from the Leeds City Council and ready to spend £600m to its refurbishment which will create 4,000 job vacancies.
This huge project will create in 9 hectar retail space. Marks and Spencer and John Lewis will move in to this space to build their shopping centres or malls.
There will also be 140 shops and restaurants, walking area and a car park for 2,500 cars.
The new centre will be eco-friendly and be using low-carbon
