Eastbourne Arndale Centre will bring at least 20 new shops to the town which will create more than 500 job vacancies. £65m worth of prject will start very soon.
Formal planning application will be submitted in beginning of 2012. However the plan wil be aksed to the local people who lives around.
Council leader David Tutt, who is the Liberal Democrat group leader, and Conservative group leader David Ekin said the whole council supported the plan.
